Labyrinths

A labyrinth is a meditative walking path used for personal reflection, healing, rest and transformation.

Labyrinths are thought to enhance right brain activity. Many walk the labyrinth to become enlightened, empowered and centered. The Labyrinth offers time to be quiet and focus internally.  As a trained Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, I will guide you in the different ways to walk the Labyrinth while guiding you in proper breathing techniques.

What can you expect to achieve from a Labyrinth Walk?  Noticeable stress reduction as well as healing for your mind and body.

Experience a Labyrinth Walk

Let’s begin a journey by learning a bit about the Labyrinth and it’s history.  I’ll offer guidance on what to do once you step onto it’s path.  We can begin with an inspirational story, poem, quote, work or art of your choosing.

It can be personal or we can create a labyrinth to suit your professional business and team members.  We will discuss choosing an intention that will speak to you along the way and finally take that first step.

Walk the “Sacred Path” you’ll discover it can truly be a tool for liberating your mind and filling you with a sense of letting go and trusting your needs to the Labyrinth.   Don’t be surprised if you walk away from a Labyrinth walk with answers to questions you’ve brought to your journey.

Your Labyrinth walk might include peace and quiet, handbells, music for dancing, singing bowls, candle light, sun light or moon light.  We can incorporate meditative art and group discussions.  I’ll provide handouts for taking home and offer time for questions and comments.

I am always ready to offer what I know and feel about Labyrinths, to help others meditate and heal in this way. To book a Labyrinth walk or half and full day event, contact me on the form below.
